THE UNIVERSITY

The Mahakanlal Chaturvedi Rashtriya Patrakarita & Communication Vishwavidyalaya Bhopal was set up by ActNo. 15,1990 of Govt of M.P to commeorate the birth centenary of renowed freedom- fighter veteran hindi Poet an d honoarable journalist Pt. Mahkanlal chaturvedi. The University Grants Commision has recognised this university vide it No. F.9-4/92(PP-1 dated 27th November, 1992 as a Statutory University). This University having unique charater in the whole of asia was set up with the objective of providing high quality & innovative education, tranning and research in the specific field of Computer Application and Information Technology and science. The University is a member of the association of commonwealth Universities, London and of the Association of india Universites(AIU). The State Government offers development etc.
